Galichia Heart Hospital

State of the art medical facility with a total square footage of 117,000 square feet. Construction was phased in three phases to allow the owner the use of the Clinic [35,000 sq. ft.] first, the Hospital [70,000 sq. ft.] second and the Patient Wing Addition [12,000 sq. ft.] last. This allowed the owner to maximize their investment by using the facility as soon as possible. Design/Build with a fast track schedule built on time and under budget. The first WEB enabled building automation system in the state of Kansas with Automated Logics' WEBCtrl software.
